In May of 2015 I had a double mastectomy with a diagnosis of stage 3 breast cancer. After completing 16 chemo treatments, I met a breast cancer survivor who had used Shine Therapy. She drove me to their office and told me how to get started with my massage therapy. The time I spend at Shine Therapy has been such a blessing to me. My therapist loves cancer patients and uses her skills with kindness and empathy – but she also makes me laugh and gives me hope. Shine Therapy is a source of healing, human compassion, and pain relief. It is essential when you are the patient and caregiver. It replaces the hugs and love a spouse or family member would provide.
